These type 316 stainless
steel single stage regulators are recommended for high purity,
corrosion resistant / toxic gas applications where slight variance
in delivery pressure is acceptable as tank pressure decays. The
materials of construction will not contaminate the gas stream,
and the regulators are highly resistant to inboard diffusion of
atmospheric contaminants. A stainless steel needle valve is installed
in the outlet.
These regulators are
highly recommended for control of the pure gases and mixtures
used in the semiconductor industry, as well as for moisture analysis,
trace hydro-carbon analysis, air pollution and auto emission analysis,
and a variety of other critical laboratory techniques. They are
able to withstand the internal vacuums generated during purging
operations. Each regulator features a vented housing cap to remotely
vent process gases.
