The CRS 200 regulators
are designed for the toughest uses with corrosive gases such as
chlorine and hydrogen chloride. Along with it electroless nickel-plated
forged brass body for harsh environments, the CRS 200's large
Monel nozzle and KEL-F seat reduces the possibility of seat failure.
The CRS 200 also features a yoke-style tied diaphragm which further
resists seat failure and provides instant response to tough flow
demands. The Teflon lining of the stainless steel diaphragm forms
a protective barrier to increase regulator life.
A captured vent on the
bonnet allows for the remote venting of hazardous gases.
